Claims support

 

Arguably the most important part of any insurance policy is what happens when it comes to a claim. At the end of the day this is why we take out insurance.

There’s often a lot of back and forth when it comes to claims; information to be chased and updates needed. This is often time consuming and sitting on hold to an insurer is definitely not the best use of your time!

We help our clients to keep on top of their claims in numerous ways to keep things moving and get them settled as soon as possible by:

  • setting new claims up on your system, be it Acturis or another system

  • notifying new claims to the insurer

  • following-up on claims with insurers

  • updating clients so they know what is happening with their claim

  • providing regular reporting on the status of your claims

How it works.

We like to keep things simple, so we offer three ways of working with us. And if you’d like to mix some account handler and/or compliance support in with your claims support, no problem. We can create a bespoke package to give you exactly what you need.

Services are based on a fixed hourly rate and this will be discussed with you up front before we start so you know exactly where you are.

 

01 - No ties trial

Come and try us out for 1 or 2 months to get a feel for how we work and the difference it could make to you.

Simply select the number of hours you would like across a month, if you would like some help figuring this out, we’re happy to help guide you. But as a handy hint we do find that a minimum of 10 hours a month is usually a good bet for a trial.

After the trial period we can move to a retained basis or if you decide this isn’t for you then you can simply walk away.

02 - Retainer pick ‘n’ mix service

This is our most popular service. On our retainer service we guarantee the support hours that you require each month in a format that works for you.

Our current clients vary between 20 and 65 hours per month, but we can discuss your requirements and agree a level of support in a format that is right for you.

We will always try to accommodate changes to hours that are needed to fit your business needs. All we ask for is 30 days’ notice should you wish to make a change or end the agreement.

03 - Ad Hoc

This caters for those times where you just need some extra hands-on deck for a specific time period.

Got a member of staff going on maternity/paternity leave? Someone on holiday or absent due to illness? Or are you embarking on a project?

Whatever it is we can help you get it over the line.

Let us know the hours you need and over what period and we can provide additional, temporary resource to help keep things moving.
